I am concerned about the 3% credit card fee. I have to use a debit card which is usually easier to hack and had happened several times already. Using cash is OK but most times I don’t know how much is going to cost before hand.This is an inconvenience snd a security problem .

The service manager was great, he kept in contact with me through the whole process. The repair was completed in the time frame that was promised.

Sara is a good service advisor, she did keep in touch with me answering my texts when I had a question and kept me updated on what was going on with my truck. Very disappointed at the end when I spent $1300 to find out that you guys charge 3% on credit cards.

Was not happy paying $200 for tire lug nuts. A simple oil change ended up with a bill of over $300. Not my first time there, have purchased many cars from this location. Wondering if it’s time to look elsewhere.

Outstanding service - not just the speed with which they repaired my Bronco Sport, and following up a recall notice to ensure that I took care of the issue, but coming to my house to pick up my vehicle. Wonderful help at a time when I could not bring my vehicle to their site. They are the best!

Spring Hill Ford is my dealer of choice for service. Honest and one of the quicker dealer service centers.

Under new ownership, purchased vehicle from previous dealer. Current transaction vs previous transaction was totaled different. My salesman Bill was 100% honest and upfront. I had a used vehicle in mind at another dealership. Bill straight out told me he couldn't beat that deal. I brought up new, he worked with me. Transparent pricing. Fair trade offer. Total time in dealership over 2 days maybe 2 hours, and that includes test driving 2 vehicles. I would recommend Spring Hill ford

My appointment was for Wednesday April 9 @8:30 am. I din not get it until Friday the 11th. The vehicle wasn't looked at until Thursday afternoon.. had i not called to find out about the status. I wouldn't have known it would take so long. If my appointment was for Wednesday it should have at least been looked at. Consequently. I had to scrounge arround for transportation. I am not happy with the process and lack of communication.

Pick up & Drop off service is great! Received call during day that tech recommended other items for service. I agreed to do recommended items. Nothing was mentioned about my initial safety concern regarding acceleration issues. Late afternoon called that vehicle was complete. Very close to $1K charges. Paid bill. Service host said they could not find any acceleration issues. Vehicle could have been vacuumed and washed. When called about additional recommended items, they could have also said they cannot find the original service concern. Just Sayin.

It was a pleasure purchasing our new (to us) vehicle here. Sandy our salesperson was a huge help. She accommodated virtual showings of the vehicle when we couldn’t drive down before deciding to purchase. The finance team prepared all the paperwork in advance. When we arrived to purchase we did our first test drive, everything in the vehicle was as wonderful as we expected, and we were in and out with signing in 30 minutes. Drew in the service department was fantastic. I had an appointment to bring my F250 in because the remote key fobs were not working in spite of installing fresh batteries and the alarm system would go off if i didnt immediately start the engine. I didnt know if the problem was the key fobs or something internal in thw truck. When I went in to drop off the truck, he checked out the fobs and discovered that the batteries were not making proper contact in both fobs. He fixed the problem right then. I went there for my first spoiler. Change on my brand new truck and I expected to be there for an hour or so, it was done in less than twenty minutes

I personally did not go, My son took the care in and said everything went fine!

All good except when I went to schedule service I wound up in a chat and after putting my contact info in was told I would be contacted. That never happened so I called and set it up with the service department. Lesson learned.

Troy Arledge was very professional, listened well to what we required in a car and explained all the features of the one we ended up purchasing. When we picked the car up found out only had one key and he will help us to get a second copy. There is a hole is the front passenger floor that we did not notice until we got home. NOT a deal breaker but still would have been nice to be told before hand about both.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car at Spring Hill Ford on Commercial Way. We were very pleased with the sales person as well as all other salespeople we came in contact with while closing the sale.

I have been dealing with this dealership since 1993 when I retired from Ford Motor Company . They have been great even donating cars for our special golf outing at Glenlakes for holes in one on Par 3 . Of course you have changed dealers since then .

Very very disappointed in this local dealership that wants to take advantage of you . 30 years i have lived close to this dealership ive bought fords elsewhere . Have always gotten better prices and trade in value somewhere else .

First off the truck I baught only had a Little more then a 1/8th of a tank of gas. And no keyless entry fob and it should have had one because of alarm and was advertised as having keyless entry. I got them to pay for gas but I had to get it give them receipt. Then I complained about having to unlock my truck and get key in ignition fast before the alarm went off they said they would give me a fob but not pay for gas. I could get one or the other. Me and my husband have purchased two cars at this location under Flammer ford . We will never purchase from ford of Spring Hill . They wanted to overcharge me to fix a window Motor on the passenger side side . A widow that is never used . I did some online research and it Seems to be a problem or Defect that has continually occurred with other customers throughout the US. Enough said

2:30 service appointment. When entering the department I wasn’t greeted. I had to get the attention of a representative. While waiting for service of my car toured the new car show room, not one representative asked if I had any questions. The sales offices were full of employees. Ford Spring Hill has excellent customer service. They make you feel comfortable and welcome in their establishment. My service representative kept me informed about as to what actions were taking place regarding my vehicle. I had a wonderful experience at Ford Spring Hill and would recommend them to everyone.

Tim my salesman, and Russ the manager were both very helpful. Would go back there again. The ability to drive in and have questions answered is very helpful.

I thought the oil change would be 60+$ not $80+ then I was told it cost more because of the year and model

This dealership was actually great. My wait of 16 months to get the Mustang Dark Horse which I ordered September 5th 2023 had nothing to do with the dealership. I give kudos to Ford and the dealership for honoring the price for what would’ve been my 2024 Dark Horse and charging me the same price for a 2025 Dark Horse. All in all, I have nothing negative to say about Ford, the dealership, or my salesman Larry Ruse. The 16 months were well worth the wait and I couldn’t b happier or more satisfied with the entire process and experience!!!
